FROM EXHIBITS TO FILING

Number, bundle, sign, send.

The list of exhibits, the hearing bundle and the hyperlinked e-brief come from the same data as the citations — so they agree with each other.

  • Numbering that follows the brief

C-, R-, CL-, CWS- and CER- series or Anlage K 1 and Beilage 1; numbers earned on first citation or assigned in bulk; witness statements and expert reports numbered with their submission, their own exhibits after its own; Bates stamps; undo for every renumbering.

  • Bundles and e-briefs

Stamped, paginated hearing bundles with covers and indexes; your submission PDF hyperlinked to the cited page or paragraph of each bundled exhibit; hyperlinked e-briefs.

  • e-Bundle exchange

Every bundle carries a machine-readable index. Another LitArbi imports it in one click — numbers, titles, dates, parties and types intact; notes, tags and summaries stay home.

  • Signature block and QES

Insert the signature block, e-sign the finished submission PDF with a certificate or a qualified electronic signature, and deliver the bundle as a password-protected ZIP.

WORKFLOW

From discovery folder to filed brief, in four steps.

  1. Import

Drag files or folders into a matter. LitArbi reads titles and dates, detects languages, finds duplicates, and cuts long volumes into exhibits.

  2. Prepare

OCR, translate, summarize; set types, tags and custodians; merge or split; redact and clean before anything leaves your desk.

  3. Cite

Cite from the pane beside Word with pinpoints. Numbers follow the order of citation; the list of exhibits writes itself.

  4. Deliver

Produce the stamped bundle, the hyperlinked e-brief and the machine-readable index; sign and deliver as an encrypted ZIP.
