Questions about billing.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes, at any time; the change applies from the next billing period.
Who counts as a server user?
Everyone with an account on your LitArbi Server — lawyers and staff. Guests invited to single matters (co-counsel, experts, clients) are free.
Do I need the server?
To work on matters together — with colleagues, or with guests such as co-counsel and clients — and to open them in the browser. It starts at one user, so a single lawyer can have one too. Whoever only exchanges bundles has everything in the app.
Who installs the server?
We do, on your firm’s web hosting — included with the server subscription. Your IT can also install it with the guide in about twenty minutes.
Can you host the server for us?
After the beta, yes: for smaller firms without hosting of their own we will rent out hosted LitArbi Servers from €9 a month, as an add-on to the server subscription. We only maintain the hosting — we don’t know what is on the server — and the data stays in the EU. More about it
What happens when a subscription ends?
Your matters stay on your computers and your firm’s server — they are your files. LitArbi opens them again as soon as the licence is renewed; a lapsed server licence switches shared matters to read-only, and nothing is lost.
Is there a discount for beta testers?
Yes — beta testers keep founder pricing when the plans go live.

Prices in euros per month, excl. VAT; yearly plans are billed in advance for twelve months. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period; 14-day money-back guarantee (refunds).
